2. Three Photographs - Latest (2.5 x 2.5 inches, White Background, 80% face)

3. Covering Letter

4. Saving A/c Bank Statements of last 3 months with Sign and Seal (1+Lacs Balance)

5. Income Tax returns (Last 3 Years) + Form16 (if Job)

6. Investments like FD, Post, PF, PPF, LIC, NSC, Stock, Mutual Funds, etc..(Optional)

7. Hotel Confirmation

8. Return Air Tickets

9. Travel Insurance

If Job

10. Original salary slips of last three months with company seal

If Business

11. Copy of Company Registration / Partnership Deed / Gumasta (Attested by the Notary and home department stamp)

• Invitation from Turkey along with company seal and sign showing person name, designation and VD number in company seal
