3. Letter head (Indian Company) – Cover Letter with seal and sign
4. Original Bank Statements (Saving Account) with sign and seal – Rs. 1.50+ Lacs balance required
5. Original Balance Certificate from bank on bank’s original color letter head with bank branch address and contact details
6. Invitation Letter from China on Letterhead (Please mention date in Invitation letter)
7. Confirm Return Ticket
Business Visitors
Invitation letter with sign, stamp, Name of signatory person, Designation of signatory person, travel date should be mentioned, also applicant passport details mentioned. (Scan copy accepted)
ID COPY of the inviting person (Who sign the invitation letter)
