1. Valid Passport and Old Passports (if applicable)

2. Old Passport, if any

3. 02 Photos Latest (45mm x 45mm, white background, Matt finishing).

4. Covering Letter on Company’s letterhead mentioning the purpose of visit and the date of travelling

5. Hotel Confirmation.

6. Return Confirmed Air Tickets

7. Updated Last 03 month’s personal Bank Statements with Sign and Seal

8. Last 03 Years Income Tax Returns (Company & Personal) + Form16 (if job)

9. If employed, Last 03 Month salary slip and an original Leave Letter from the company

10. Employment proof, i.e. Partnership deed or shop & establishment license or memorandum of company etc…
